COACHING SERVICES

We offer two types of coaching support:
MONTHLY COACHING PACKAGES or more general FIXED PLANS
MONTHLY COACHING PACKAGES are the most comprehensive of these two options and are very much written for your specific needs. You also can choose between an ADVANCED or an INTERMEDIATE MONTHLY PACKAGE depending on the amount of support and communication you receive. 
This is reflected in the monthly price.  See below for details.
If you decide you’d prefer something different we can tailor a package that’s right for you.

Alternatively our FIXED PLANS may be more suitable for riders who are new to coaching and not sure if they want to commit to a full package.

ADVANCED PACKAGE

£195 pcm

This package is most suitable for experienced racers looking to make a step up in performance.

2 – 4 phone calls per month when appropriate.

Weekly power data feedback

Frequent feedback & advice on overall progress towards targets

using advanced power and HR data analysis of training and racing data

to assess where greatest performance improvement might be possible, for example 

Aerodynamics

Nutrition

Race day pacing optimisation & power management  

Race day preparation & tactics

In addition, where expert help is required, working with Shaw Coach established partners in the areas above plus

Sports physiology

Bike fit

INTERMEDIATE PACKAGE

  • Extra details to help you go faster, including aero drills, basic recovery techniques, plus a few fueling ideas.
